I have attached a great way to track what you have eaten for the day. I put the points in the smaller boxes in the corners. It can be enlightening to look back and find old meal ideas & recipes. Happy Slim Eating. Lisa
Welcome to Thinnysisters blog. Let's get a few things out of the way.
1. I'm not the pinnacle of health. I smoke (and I intend to quit, Mom), I don't have the healthiest of eating habits, I'm a little lazy when it comes to exercise, and I don't like doing things that aren't easy.
2. Like many things in life you'll probably disagree with a lot of things I say (recommend). Take what you like and leave the rest.
3. This blog is for those of us that want to fit into our skinny jeans. Share your success, share your pitfalls but leave your judgement at the door.
4. Everything I say can be taken back at any time. This blog totally has take backs. You can take back anything you say or recommend too.
