moms "little treat before bed" bad habit

Hi Skinny Sisters,
Here is my tip of the day: Trader Joes has just come out with a new Bran Flakes cereal. It is yummy in my huge tummy. 100 cal/5 fiber/ 0.5 fat, so for 3/4 cup only 1 point. Add a little Almond milk for 1 point and you have a very satisfying treat for only 2 points per bowl.

Trader Joe's Tricks

If you are super hungry, like every second of my life, TJ's has a great treat. Try the Fiberful bars. It is a chewy treat, like a fruit roll up. 60 cal, 0 fat, 6 fiber.....0 points. I love the mixed berry flavor. They can be found by the nutrition bars.

Tracking Points

Hi Skinny Girls,

I have attached a great way to track what you have eaten for the day. I put the points in the smaller boxes in the corners. It can be enlightening to look back and find old meal ideas & recipes. Happy Slim Eating. Lisa

Back On the Wagon

Well, it's time to get back on the wagon. I don't think anyone is still following this blog but I need to get back into the swing of things and for me that means writing everything down.

I work with a great bunch of girls who all count points every day so I should be successful, right? I haven't weighed myself yet today but when I do I'll start recording everything again. I want to be super skinny for the holidays so I need to start now!

Visit Hunry-Girl.com They've got great recipes with all the ww points. Soooo good and sooo easy. I'm trying some new recipes this week (thanks to Lisa for my Hungry Girl cookbook) and I'll post the winners later this week.

Last nights dinner was Stuffed Peppers, Mashed Potatoes and Spinach Artichoke Dip with homemade Tortilla Chips.

Winners- Stuffed Peppers & Mashed Potatoes.
Losers- Spinach Artichoke Dip with homemade Tortilla Chips. (Although David really liked the Spinach Artichoke Dip.) The Tortilla Chips weren't worth the effort.

New Year~ New Ass

Welcome 2010!

Were the holidays as hard for you as they were for me? I ate whatever and whenever I wanted. Now it's time to get back to business. I got a new cookbook for Christmas. It's by Hungry Girl. As soon as I test out some of the recipes I'll put up the winners.

I think my weight is starting to plateau. You know what that means... time to start working out. Anyone know how to make your bottom line curvy and "up" instead of flat and pancake? I think I'm going to start working on that.
